Handyman services in Ocoee, FL

General residential repair and punch-list work - the small and medium jobs that fall between "call a specialist" and "do it yourself." Every job below is general handyman scope under Florida law; the section after it covers what we don’t do and why.

Drywall repair

Nail pops, hairline cracks, door-knob holes, and water-stain patches. We match texture, not just fill the hole.

Door and window repair

Sticking doors, loose hinges, failed weatherstripping, windows that won't latch or slide. Hardware swaps, not licensed glazing or structural framing work.

Deck and fence repair

Soft or split boards, loose rails, leaning posts, gate hardware. Replacement-scope work that crosses into a full rebuild gets a permit check first - see our licensing guide.

Minor fixture and hardware fixes

Cabinet hardware, towel bars, closet rods, loose railings, furniture assembly, and small hardware swaps. Not electrical or plumbing work - see below.

TV mounting

Stud-mounted or drywall-anchor mounted, cables run and hidden, level the first time.

Gutter cleaning

Debris cleared, downspouts checked, minor hanger and seam fixes while we're up there.

Caulking and weatherproofing

Re-caulking tubs, showers, exterior trim, and window frames before Florida's wet season turns a gap into a stain.

Punch-list and honey-do work

The list that's been sitting on the fridge for six months. One visit, the whole list, one invoice.

What a handyman can’t legally do in Florida

Florida doesn’t require a state contractor license for general handyman work like ours, but that doesn’t turn a handyman into a licensed electrician, plumber, HVAC technician, or roofer. We never take work in these categories, regardless of how small the job looks:
